Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026 · Effective date: September 20, 2026 · PayToTrade at https://paytotrade.app

Important. PayToTrade is experimental live-crypto software. We do not sell your personal information. Questions: support@fivetoclose.cloud.

FiveToClose (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates PayToTrade at https://paytotrade.app (the “Service”). PayToTrade is a product of FiveToClose. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit the site, sign in with Google, join a waitlist, connect a wallet, or use trading features.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy together with our Terms of Service and Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Product: PayToTrade
Entity / brand: FiveToClose
Website: https://paytotrade.app
Support email: support@fivetoclose.cloud

For privacy requests (access, correction, deletion where applicable), email support@fivetoclose.cloud. We do not publish a physical mailing address on this site.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide and information generated by use of the Service:

Account and identity. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name (if provided), and email address, and a signal that the address is verified by Google. We use that email to decide whether you are an authorized operator or a waitlisted visitor.

Waitlist. If you sign in and you are not an authorized operator, we store your email and related Google identifiers so we may contact you if the Service later opens more broadly. We do not display that email on public or logged-in product pages.

Session. We set HttpOnly cookies to keep you signed in and to complete the Google OAuth handshake (state / PKCE).

Wallet and chain data. If you connect a wallet such as Phantom or fund a hot wallet used by the desk, we may process public blockchain addresses, token balances, and transaction signatures. Public-chain activity is already public. We do not ask for, store, or want your seed phrase or Phantom private key.

Trading telemetry. For authorized operator use we log setup judgments, order attempts, fills, and risk-control events (including stop-loss and take-profit) as needed to run the desk.

Technical data. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request paths. We use this for security, abuse prevention, and uptime.

We do not intentionally collect government ID, bank account numbers, or payment cards on this site at this time. Pricing and paid access are not enabled yet.

3. How we use information

We use information to: authenticate you via Google; restrict live trading to authorized operators; maintain a waitlist; operate, debug, and secure the Service; place or monitor on-chain transactions you authorize; comply with law; and communicate about the Service, including a possible later notice that public access is available.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use waitlist emails for unrelated advertising lists.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where a legal basis is required (including GDPR-style regimes), we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service you request); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product operation, waitlist); consent (where you choose to sign in with Google); and legal obligation where we must retain or disclose information.

5. Sharing

We share information with processors who help us run the Service, including: Google (sign-in); hosting and DNS providers; RPC and swap/routing providers (for example Solana RPC and Jupiter) when an authorized session submits a transaction; and analytics or uptime tools if enabled. Those parties process data under their own terms. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Cookies

Essential cookies: session cookie after Google sign-in; short-lived OAuth cookie during Google redirect. These are required for login. We do not use the Service as a third-party ad exchange. You can block cookies in your browser; sign-in will not work without the session cookie.

7. Retention

Account/session data is kept while you remain signed in and as needed for security. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them for a potential opening notice. Server logs are rotated on ordinary hosting schedules. On-chain transactions remain on the public ledger indefinitely; we cannot erase the blockchain.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, HttpOnly cookies, and operator-only access to live trading controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for your Google account, devices, and any wallet you connect or fund. Never send seed phrases to us.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18 (or the age of majority where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, email support@fivetoclose.cloud.

10. International transfers

The Service is hosted and operated from infrastructure that may be in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you understand your information may be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

11. Your choices

You may disconnect Google / sign out. You may request deletion of waitlist or account records we control by emailing support@fivetoclose.cloud. We may retain information as required by law or for legitimate security purposes. Blockchain records cannot be deleted by us.

12. Do not track / California / other state notices

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are commonly defined in U.S. state privacy statutes for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not respond to DNT signals in a differentiated way beyond this Policy. Authorized agents and residents of applicable U.S. states may email support@fivetoclose.cloud to exercise access, deletion, or correction rights we can honor.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
